Product Delivery

  • Free delivery service is inclusive. We may use third party courier service (e.g. S.F. Express) to deliver product amount less than HKD1,200.

  • Additional charge is required to:

    • Outer Islands - not supported currently

    • Handling up/down stairs, each floor - HKD30 (For model PAC2302)

  • Self Pick-up Point: Chiap Hua International Ltd. (Shatin Office)

    • Unit A, 2/F, Chiaphua Industries Building, No. 8-10 Siu Lek Yuen Road, Shatin, N.T. Hong Kong (20 mins walk from Cityone Shatin MTR station)

    • Office hour: 9am to 5:30pm (Lunch hour: 12:30pm to 1:30pm)

    • Please call our service counter +852 2370 0121 one day prior for goods reservation.

Terms and Conditions

  • Exclusive for HSBC Mastercard Commercial Card holders only from now till 30 June, 2021

  • The minimum charge per coating service is HK$3,000

  • All products purchased are non-refundable.  In case of quality issue, you may exchange products within 7 days in its original condition after receipt of the order (based on the delivery record) and upon pre-approval of Chiap Hua International Ltd.  All merchandises including price tag and packaging should be in its original good conditions that it can be sold again.  All products for exchange have to come along with original sales receipt, and complete full packaging. 

  • Unwrapped air purifier filters are not accepted for exchange. 

  • GermTech reserves the right to change or terminate this offer and its terms and conditions at any time without prior notice

  • In case of any dispute, GermTech reserves the final right of decision
