  • Delivery for purchase below HK$1,000 on either 1 or 2, a service charge of HK$40 is required. We may use third party courier service (e.g. S.F. Express) to deliver product amount less than HKD1,200.

  • All products purchased are non-refundable.  For Giabo Air Purifier PAC2302, PAC0600 and PAC020, in case of quality issue, you may exchange products within 7 days in its original condition after receipt of the order (based on the delivery record) and upon pre-approval of Chiap Hua International Ltd.  All merchandises including price tag and packaging should be in its original good conditions that it can be sold again.  All products for exchange have to come along with original sales receipt, and complete full packaging. 

  • Unwrapped air purifier filters are not accepted for exchange.
