All products purchased are non-refundable. In case of quality issue, you may exchange products within 7 days in its original condition after receipt of the order (based on the delivery record) and upon pre-approval of Chiap Hua International Ltd. All merchandises including price tag and packaging should be in its original good conditions that it can be sold again. All products for exchange have to come along with original sales receipt, and complete full packaging.
